Discord is the main place for verified product support and community discussion. Email is used for purchase verification and direct contact.

01 · VERIFY

Email your FAB receipt.

Send your receipt from the same “Bill To” email together with your Discord name to easybiomes@gmail.com.

02 · WAIT

Verification takes 1–2 days.

We’ll reply once your account is verified and support access is unlocked.

03 · JOIN

Use the right channel.

Open one support ticket per issue. Use community chat for discussion, not support requests.

03 How the pack works, including intended workflow and documentation.

What we don’t offer

01 VIP support, direct lines or private-message support.
02 Project-specific consulting or ongoing integration support.
03 Custom work, custom biomes or custom features.
04 Roadmap guarantees. Suggestions are welcome, but not promised.
Before opening a ticket: read the documentation and search existing tickets first. Your answer may already be there. Community rules are simple: respect others, no spam, use the correct channels, and don’t send resumes or job DMs.
